Private & local AI

# Your team's knowledge, with clearer control.

Give your team one place to search documents, project notes and technical knowledge, with sources they can open and permissions that follow the work. We build the ingestion, retrieval, model connections and review interface together, then deploy on your infrastructure or an agreed hosting service.

A practical implementation

## Build around
your workflow.

- Documents, tables and media linked to original sources
- Access rules applied before retrieval
- Keyword, semantic and relationship search as the task requires
- Source references and review of conflicting information
- Model serving, monitoring and a documented handover

We agree these features as part of your implementation scope. The proposal confirms integrations, licensing and requirements for regulated workflows.

Workflow in focus

### Private AI Workspace

Choose a team task · agree document access · assess models and hosting · build a pilot · review answers against source material. The complete workspace and integrations are scoped engineering work.

Before the build

## A proposal that fits
your actual business.

Share the process you want to improve. We will ask about your team, current tools, data and the outcome that matters.

- What data boundaries and EU hosting requirements apply?
- What budget, timing and success criteria make sense?
